Swiftleaf Capital is a small-business funding service in Anderson, South Carolina. It matches requests with funding partners, who review them, make their own credit decisions and set their own rates and terms. This page sets out our role, the limits of what we can say about any offer, and the points every owner should check before signing.
Our Role
Swiftleaf Capital connects you with lending partners; partners make credit decisions and set rates and terms. Swiftleaf Capital is a broker, not a lender. We do not fund loans or advances, make credit decisions, or set rates, fees or terms.
When we pass a request to a partner, it is with your permission, and the partner applies its own review.
What We Never Promise
We cannot promise approval, a particular amount, a rate, a term or a timeline, because those are decided by the partner. Any figures on this site are labeled illustrations or public statistics, not offers.
Merchant Cash Advances
A merchant cash advance is not a loan. It is a purchase of a share of future receipts, collected from sales or bank debits until an agreed total is remitted. Its cost is usually shown as a factor rate, which is not an annual percentage rate.
Before You Sign
- Read the total cost of the funding, not only the payment amount.
- Check the payment frequency: daily, weekly or monthly.
- Look for collateral, personal guarantees and UCC filings.
- Ask how early payoff or early remittance is treated.
- Ask what happens if a payment or remittance is missed.
